ONE OF OUR MOST SIGNIFICANT APE ACTIVITIES ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING OUR GENERAL CONDITIONING GROUP CLASSES, AND OPEN GYM FOR CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS, AND A VARIETY OF SPECIALTY CLASSES, INCLUDING CHAIR YOGA, PULMONARY MAINTENANCE, AND MULTIPLE LEVELS OF PARKINSON'S EXERCISE ON A YEAR ROUND BASIS. WE ALSO SPONSOR ACTIVE AGING WEEK ANNUALLY IN OCTOBER.
