WE RECRUIT EDUCATED, MATURE VOLUNTEERS TO WORK UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE TEACHER. THE TEACHER DESIGNATES WHICH CHILDREN NEED HELP AND PROVIDES THE APPROPRIATE MATERIALS FOR THEM. THE CHILD READS TO THE VOLUNTEER, WHILE THE VOLUNTEER ASSIST WITH COMPREHENSION AND PRONUNCIATION.

THE FOUNDATION IS DEDICATED TO EDUCATION AND TRAINING BY PROVIDING FUNDING, SERVICES, AND PROGRAMS TO:(A) LOCAL STUDENTS ENROLLED IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS AT SAN FRANCISCO COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES AND(B) BY SPONSORING AND PROMOTING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE INDUSTRY.
