TO ASSIST FINANCIALLY AND MEDICALLY ELIGIBLE PERSONS IN ARIZONA IN APPLYING FOR MEDICAID COVERAGE AND ASSIST THEM IN FINANCIALLY ASSISTED LIVING PLACEMENT OR IN-HOME CARE DURING THE PERIOD OF TIME UNTIL THEY ARE APPROVED BY MEDICAID.
