TO PROVIDE AFTER SCHOOL, SUMMER AND ATHLETIC YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS. INCLUDING RECREATIONAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES FOR YOUTH AGES 6-18 IN BENTON COUNTY.
