THE PROJECT IS OPERATED UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT AND REGULATED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AS TO RENT CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.

OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF HOUSING BENEFITING A VARYING NUMBER OF THE ELDERLY IN THE PINE BLUFF AREA THROUGH THE USE OF ITS HOUSING UNITS.
