HERO PROVIDES DIRECT FINANCIAL OR OTHER ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS OR FAMILIES IN CRISIS DUE TO TEMPORARY FINANCIAL HARDSHIP. THE INTENT IS TO RESTORE INDEPENDENCE & SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
