These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

THE ALLIANCE FOR THE SUPPORT OF AMERICAN LEGION BASEBALL IN ANCHORAGE IS FOCUSED ON PROVIDING YEAR-ROUND EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS THAT INCREASE YOUTH ACCESS TO PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND IMPROVE YOUTH PARTICIPATION BY PROVIDING BASEBALL PROGRAMS AND FIELD IMPROVEMENTS ACROSS THE STATE OF ALASKA.

PROMOTE ARCHERY AS A SPORT FOR ALL AGES AND ABILITIES. EDUCATION OF ARCHERY TO INCLUDE SAFETY SKILLS, AND PROFICIENCY. SPONSOR ARCHERY COMPETITIONS AND CONDUCT CLASSES BY EXPERIENCED INSTRUCTORS.
