RECOGNITION & AWARDS FOR OUTSTANDING SERVICE BY LAW OFFICERS, FIRE PERSONNEL AND OTHER EMERGENCY SERVICE PERSONNEL. PROVIDE DEATH BENEFITS TO IMMEDIATE FAMILY OF PUBLIC SERVICE PERSONNEL KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY.
