THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES THE ATMOSPHERE FOR LEARNING FOOTBALL SKILLS FOR BOTH COACHES AND PLAYERS. IN ORDER TO ENCOURAGE QUALITY COMPETITION, THE ASSOCIATION SPONSORS MEMBERSHIP IN APPROPRIATE LEAGUES.
