THESE FACILITIES WILL BE DESIGNED IN A MANNER THAT MINIMIZES IMPACTS TO NATURAL RESOURCES ON THE PROJECT SITE. PORTIONS OF THE PROPERTY WILL BE RESTORED OVER TIME TO THEIR ORIGINAL ECOLOGICAL VALUES AND FUNCTION. THE PROJECT SITE WILL BE MANAGED OVERALL FOR THE CONSERVATI
