THE TEXAS EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS CENTER TECC IS THE 9-1-1 FIRE DISPATCH FACILITY FOR FIVE AGENCIES IN NORTH HARRIS COUNTY. TECC DISPATCHES FOR CHAMPIONS ESD 29, KLEIN, CYPRESS CREEK, PONDEROSA, AND SPRING FIRE DEPT.
