24 HOUR ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT MAY NEED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

Included may be organizations that participate in air rescue, mountain rescue, sea rescue, ski rescue, traffic accident rescue and urban search and rescue operations.

THE MISSION OF THE COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY, INC. OF DISTRICT 12 IS TO PROTECT THE PROPERTY AND LIVES OF THE CITIZENS OF FAIRPLAY AND COMMUNITY BY EXTINGUISHING, PREVENTING AND/OR SUPPRESSING FIRES.

PROVIDE UNPARALLELED PRE-HOSPITAL MEDICAL SERVICES BY MAINTAINING THE HIGHEST QUALITY PERSONNEL, TRAINING, AND RESOURCES THAT MEET EVERY PATIENT'S NEEDS IN A SAFE, CARING, AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

THE RESCUE SQUAD SERVES MCDOWELL COUNTY AND VARIOUS SURROUNDING COUNTIES. THE RESCUE SQUAD WORKS WITH VARIOUS INDIVIDUALS, GROUPS, AND ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL TREATMENT, RESCUE AND MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION

MISSION:

TO FORM A MECHANISM TO BRING TOGETHER THE PROVIDERS OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES, THE PUBLIC AGENCIES INVOLVED WITH HEALTH AND SAFETY, COMMUNITY LEADERS AND CITIZENS TO PLAN AND IMPLEMENT A COMPREHENSIVE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES SYSTEM IN THE AREA TO BE SERVED.
